The owner of this walnut bar chose a wall-mounted style rather than a full walk-behind due to
space limitations. The bar stools were removed to obtain the photos. In order to allow plenty
of knee room, I made the curved laminated supports, built up from thin strips glued together
and clamped in a form. They're quite strong ... I sat on top of the bar after installing it. The
drink ledge in the pool table area is basically a smaller version of the bar. The pull-out
liquor cabinet was built to fit into a 7" wide area between the refrigerator and wall behind
the bar.
